Researchers will measure differences in CAD prevalence between AI-identified risk groups, detection rates of CAD, and the incidence of cardiovascular events and deaths. This follow-up period helps evaluate the AI screenings performance compared to usual detection methods.

You may qualify if you...

Age 18 years or older
High-risk community members with at least one of these: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or age over 65 years

You will not qualify if you...

Prior diagnosis of coronary heart disease, including clinical CAD, coronary artery bypass grafting, or percutaneous coronary intervention
History of diagnosed heart failure
Significant facial changes that interfere with AI analysis, such as plastic surgery, severe trauma, or heavy makeup
Refusal to participate in the study
