They will follow patients for 90 days after ICU discharge by phone to track outcomes like death and readmission. Functional performance scales and strength measurements will also be evaluated at discharge. This study monitors participants closely to understand the link between SST1 results and health outcomes after hospitalization for heart failure.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients diagnosed with decompensated heart failure (DHF)
- Age 18 years or older
- Intensive Care Unit Mobility Scale (IMS) greater than 4 at discharge from the ICU
- Ability to sit and stand up from a chair without using upper limbs
You will not qualify if you...
- Cognitive impairments affecting understanding or test performance
- Level of consciousness with Richmond Agitation and Sedation Scale (RASS) greater than +1 or less than -2
- Glasgow Coma Scale score less than 13
- Neurological or orthopedic conditions interfering with the assessment
- Use of advanced invasive ventilatory or circulatory support
- Presence of cardiogenic shock
