Researchers are evaluating the impact of basic body awareness therapy combined with lifestyle recommendations on individuals diagnosed with migraine. This study aims to assess how this therapy affects migraine-related disability, sleep quality, and quality of life. Functional status will be measured using the Migraine-Related Disability Assessment Scale MIDAS, sleep quality through the Jenkins Sleep Scale JUS, and quality of life by the Headache Impact Test before and after the treatment period. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups one group will receive body awareness therapy exercises twice over an eight-week period in addition to standard treatment, while the other group will receive standard treatment alone. Standard treatment includes individual information sessions lasting about 30 minutes and educational brochures. The study is single-blinded and focuses on behavioral interventions. During the study, participants will be asked to keep a pain diary regularly for four weeks before, during, and four weeks after the training program. Assessments of functional status, sleep quality, and headache-related quality of life will be done at the start and end of the eight-week intervention. The total participation period includes the 8-week program plus the 4-week follow-up to monitor outcomes and any changes in migraine symptoms.
