Researchers are evaluating the safety and effectiveness of caudal analgesia in patients with chronic lumbosacral pain who are also taking anticoagulants for vasculopathy treatment. Normally, anticoagulation limits the use of caudal analgesia due to risks of epidural bleeding, and temporarily stopping anticoagulants can be risky for some patients. This study analyzes prospective clinical data to assess treatment outcomes and possible complications in this specific group. The study observes chronic pain patients undergoing caudal analgesia, a procedure aimed at relieving lumbosacral pain. It focuses on patients who continue anticoagulation therapy without interruption, evaluating whether caudal analgesia can be safely administered and effective despite the bleeding risk. The treatment is monitored without randomization or placebo comparison, as this is an observational study. Participants will have their pain levels measured using a validated Numeric Pain Rating scale over 12 weeks to monitor treatment effectiveness. Safety is assessed by tracking complications related to the procedure. The study involves regular evaluations of pain scores and clinical monitoring to gather data on outcomes. Participation may last at least 12 weeks, during which researchers observe the procedure's impact and any adverse events.
