Researchers are investigating how different dental structural materials affect oral health by studying the oral microbiota and biofilm formation. The study focuses on creating a personalized approach to selecting dental prosthetics by analyzing the chemical, physical, and biological properties of materials and their impact on the mouth's microorganisms. This research aims to improve dental care outcomes by considering individual variations in oral microflora and biochemical markers in saliva and blood. The study involves treating patients with various fixed orthopedic dental structures made from materials such as zirconia, e-max, and cobalt-chromium alloy. Each patient will have samples taken before and one month after their dental crowns are placed to assess microbiological changes. The research includes clinical hygiene assessments, microbiological analysis using MALDI-ToF mass spectrometry, biochemical studies of saliva and blood, and X-ray examinations. Participants will be monitored throughout the treatment to evaluate the diversity and adhesion of oral microorganisms related to the different prosthetic materials. Researchers will collect and analyze clinical and microbiological data to develop methods for preventing complications and improving prosthetic selection. The primary outcome measure is the microbiological assessment conducted one month after crown placement, with extensive follow-up and diagnostic testing to support personalized dental care.
