Breast cancer is a common cancer in women worldwide, with distant metastasis being the main cause of poor outcomes and death. This research aims to develop a precise prediction system using multiple types of data, including digital pathology, immunohistochemistry, proteomics, and gene sequencing, combined with artificial intelligence. The goal is to predict distant and organ-specific metastasis in breast cancer and analyze the underlying mechanisms to support precision medicine. The study observes groups of female breast cancer patients categorized by metastatic risk high, medium, low, specific organ metastasis sites bone, lung, liver, brain, and a non-metastatic control group. No interventions or treatments are administered, as this is an observational study focusing on data collection and analysis. The prediction models will be developed and evaluated throughout the study period. Participants will provide clinical data and tissue specimens from primary or metastatic tumor sites stored at the hospital or participating centers. Researchers will track metastasis-free survival from diagnosis until December 30, 2028, and assess the performance of the prediction models at the studys end. The study involves ongoing monitoring of patient data to refine and validate the AI-based prediction system for breast cancer metastasis.
