You may qualify if you...

  • Adolescents aged 10 to 15 years
  • Adolescents must speak English
  • Adolescents must have parental permission from a legally authorized representative (parent or guardian)
  • Caregivers must speak English
  • Caregivers must regularly take care of a child aged 10 to 15 years
  • Caregivers must be adults aged 18 years or older
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Adolescents and caregivers with severe cognitive impairments
  • Adolescents and caregivers at imminent risk of suicide or with acute protection needs
