You may qualify if you...

Must have one practicing advanced practice provider (APP) able to dedicate about 2 hours per month for study activities over 12 months with supervisor support
Must have research infrastructure supporting APP trial enrollment as declared in APP Practice Attestation
Must have submitted APP Practice Attestation within Study Interest Survey
Must have received required APP practice ID for Oncology Patient Enrollment Network (OPEN) enrollment before joining
Must enroll eligible practice site(s) in OPEN within 14 days after receiving Study Selection Email
APP must be a practicing nurse practitioner or physician assistant registered as active non-physician investigator in NCI Registration and Credential Repository
APP must treat oncology patients at a practice actively recruiting to NCORP or NCTN trials
APP must not plan to leave their clinical position in the next 12 months at enrollment
APP must be willing to participate in a 30-minute recorded phone interview if selected
APP must have completed and submitted APP Attestation and APP Support Statement with supervisor approval
APP must obtain signed Research Care Team Acknowledgements from two members of their research care team
Mentors must be practicing APPs chosen by study leadership with clinical and leadership experience
Research Care Team members must be identified members willing to participate in interviews
