Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Asymptomatic people with flexible pes planus, with pain 3 or less out of 10 in the last 3 months
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Body mass index (BMI) of 29.9 kg/m2 or less
You will not qualify if you...
- Osteoarthritis of the foot joints (as seen by X-ray)
- Foot deformities such as hallux valgus
- Old foot fractures
- Previous ankle injuries
- Previous lower limb surgeries
- Calcaneal spur
- Foot and ankle ligament tears
- Systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or gouty arthritis
- Neurological diseases
