Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18
- Stroke occurred more than 6 months ago (chronic stroke)
- Residual weakness or partial paralysis with Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) score of 3 or higher
You will not qualify if you...
- Metal implants
- History of epilepsy or seizures
- Pregnancy
- Claustrophobia related to MRI exams
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Untreated or unstable depression or anxiety
- Other disabilities preventing intensive physical training
