What this Trial Is About

Researchers are conducting an observational study to better understand patients with rotator cuff disease. The study aims to determine key clinical significance values for various shoulder function scales, such as the Shoulder Disability Questionnaire and the University of California-Los Angeles Shoulder Scale. It also seeks to identify risk factors that may prevent patients from achieving important improvements on these scales. Participants with rotator cuff disease will receive exercise treatment for two months as part of conservative care. The study focuses on patients undergoing this conservative treatment to observe changes and outcomes. The treatment involves exercises designed to support shoulder function improvement over the treatment period. During the study, researchers will assess participants' functional levels before treatment and within one week after completing the two-month exercise program. The study will use several shoulder assessment scales to measure progress. Participants will be monitored to gather data on functional improvement and factors affecting treatment success, helping to establish meaningful clinical values for these assessment tools.
