This research focuses on understanding the health challenges faced by women suffering from drug addiction, a group that is less studied and represents about 20% of addicted patients. The study is conducted in the Addiction Department of Strasbourg University Hospitals, where a specialized midwifery consultation has been set up exclusively for women of all ages. The investigators aim to explore the specific care needs and issues encountered by women dealing with addiction. Participants in this observational study are women undergoing follow-up at the CSAPA Addictions Department who have met with the departments midwife at least once. The study does not involve any experimental treatments or interventions but observes the participants health and care over time, particularly focusing on gynecological follow-up and other health-related factors. Women in the study will be followed for up to 18 months to assess several outcomes, including the rate of gynecological follow-up compared to the general population. Researchers will also monitor the rate of toxic drug consumption and incidents of sexual violence among participants. Data collection will be based on medical records, midwifery consultations, and other relevant clinical information, with attention to the participants privacy and consent regarding data use.
