What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating the feasibility of the HEMO-INTEGRA software system, which integrates four key areas of intraoperative hemodynamic monitoring during cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass CPB. This pilot observational study is conducted in adult patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery to assess how completely data can be captured using this integrated monitoring system across five specific perioperative time points. The HEMO-INTEGRA system combines ventricular-arterial coupling analysis, tissue perfusion and oxygen delivery measurement, neuromonitoring, and systemic venous congestion assessment into a single dashboard. It operates alongside standard monitoring without changing clinical care. Data are collected at five intraoperative time points before CPB, early CPB, mid-CPB, rewarming phase, and after CPB. Participants will undergo their planned cardiac surgery with usual care while the system records monitoring data. No additional procedures are done beyond standard practice. Researchers will evaluate the completeness of data captured during the 0 to 6 hours of surgery. The study is observational and does not affect treatment decisions, aiming to inform future use of integrated hemodynamic monitoring in cardiac surgery.
