The goal of this observational study is to learn about the long-term effects of HDR Brachytherapy in men with isolated local relapses after radical prostatectomy. Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients with increasing PSA after radical prostatectomy and clinical evidence of PET PSMA/Choline positive and MRI positive isolated prostatic bed relapse implantable via transperineal route
  • Isolated prostatic bed relapse visible on transrectal ultrasound imaging for proper implant placement
  • Pathological confirmation advised but not mandatory
  • Brachytherapy MRI-based dosimetry
  • Patient provides written informed consent for the investigational treatment after Institutional Review Board approval
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of distant metastases
  • Isolated nodal relapses
  • Prior irradiation to the isolated prostatic bed relapse area
  • Multicentric isolated prostatic bed relapses
  • Life expectancy less than 5 years or inability to tolerate and comply with HDR procedure
