Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically confirmed de novo non-metastatic high-risk prostate cancer
- Clinical stage cT3a-bN0M0 based on digital rectal exam and MRI
- ISUP grade 4 or higher and/or PSA value at diagnosis greater than 20 ng/mL
- Fit for treatment with either robot-assisted radical prostatectomy or external beam radiotherapy with or without androgen deprivation therapy (WHO performance status 0-1)
- Living in the Netherlands
- Able to read and understand the Dutch language
You will not qualify if you...
- Histological types other than adenocarcinoma
- Diagnosis and/or treatment in a hospital outside the Netherlands
- Treatment with androgen receptor targeted agents as part of the initial treatment plan
