Researchers are evaluating how AI-based educational videos compare to traditional oral health instruction in improving denture care knowledge, patient satisfaction, and oral health-related quality of life among older adults who wear removable dentures. Participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. The other group receives conventional oral health education verbally from the prosthodontic team, covering denture hygiene, proper denture storage overnight, and mucosal care. Both interventions aim to help participants improve denture care practices. During the study, researchers will assess changes in oral health-related quality of life using the OHIP-14 score at baseline, immediately after the intervention, and at 1, 2, and 3 months. They will also evaluate denture care knowledge retention, patient satisfaction with the education method, and compliance with denture hygiene practices at similar intervals. Participants must complete follow-up visits to provide these assessments. The study is expected to continue until December 2025.
