Researchers are studying how behavioral interventions like meditation, listening to music, and viewing natural visuals can help people manage their moods and stress in daily life. This study focuses on how these approaches support emotional and physical well-being by improving motivation, confidence, and composure. The research is conducted across multiple sites using digital tools to provide a consistent experience and gather data. Participants are divided into two groups one uses the soundBrilliance app, which delivers enhanced music, natural visuals, and spoken guidance, for 12 weeks with a target of at least 4 days per week the other group continues their usual behavior without intervention. The study measures changes in anxiety, depression, mood, stress, and quality of life at baseline and every two weeks throughout the 12-week period. During the study, participants provide physiological and self-reported responses before, during, and after sessions using their own devices like smartphones or tablets with headphones. Researchers collect data on satisfaction and tolerance of the stimuli, as well as detailed mood and anxiety assessments. The study aims to personalize stimuli using machine learning and monitors outcomes with questionnaires over 12 weeks, with results comparing the intervention and control groups.
