Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of intermittent exotropia (IXT) or exotropia (XT) at distance and IXT or XP at near (Basic or Pseudo Divergence Excess subtype of IXT)
- No planned eye muscle surgery within the next 6 months
- Age between 4 and 10 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous eye muscle surgery
- Prior binocular treatment or vision therapy
- Presence of amblyopia
- Neurological conditions, seizure disorders, vestibular abnormalities, or frequent headaches
- Other eye conditions except refractive error
