Researchers are investigating the impact of a resilience-based rehabilitation program on people who have experienced TakoTsubo cardiomyopathy or an acute coronary event. These conditions cause significant physical and psychological stress, which can affect a person's ability to manage daily life challenges and their overall quality of life. The study aims to see if adding psychological care focused on building resilience during inpatient rehabilitation can benefit these patients, especially since stress is linked to the development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. The program includes resilience training consisting of two 100-minute psychological group therapy sessions focused on resilience and two 25-minute relaxation sessions called 'heart yoga.' This training is part of a three-week inpatient multidisciplinary rehabilitation program. The study measures changes in psychological resilience during rehabilitation and evaluates whether these changes last over a six-month follow-up period. Participants will undergo assessments using two resilience scales (Resilience Scale-13 and Brief Resilience Scale) at the start and end of rehabilitation as well as six months later. Researchers will also evaluate health-related quality of life, psychological distress, work ability, and physical performance through incremental cycle ergometry. This monitoring helps to understand the program's effects on psychological and physical well-being over time.
