Researchers are evaluating a simplified questionnaire designed to quickly identify sleep disorders in adult patients during cardiology consultations. This prospective observational study aims to validate this patient-focused tool for routine clinical use and also includes a survey for cardiologists to assess changes in their practices regarding sleep disorder detection and treatment. The study focuses on the association between sleep disorders and cardiovascular diseases. The study involves two main questionnaires: one completed by patients online to detect sleep disorders during their cardiology visit, and another online survey for cardiologists who participate in the registry. Cardiologists assess patients' sleep quality, including sleep duration, regularity, insomnia, sleepiness, and possible obstructive sleep apnea, and note whether suspected sleep disorders are treated. Participants will complete the online questionnaire on the day of their cardiology consultation. Researchers will measure the overall prevalence of sleep disorders among these patients at that time. The study tracks the impact of the screening tool on cardiologists' practices and patient sleep disorder detection. Participation includes completing questionnaires and monitoring responses during the cardiology visit, with no additional long-term follow-up described.
