This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Airrosti and TheraBand exercises in reducing pain and disability in the neck and shoulders among smartphone users diagnosed with Double-Crossed Syndrome, a condition involving specific muscle imbalances in the neck, chest, and shoulders. The study focuses on young females with rounded shoulder posture and seeks to compare the combined and individual effects of these exercise programs. There is limited existing research on these combined treatments, so the study intends to provide more evidence on their potential benefits. Participants will be assigned to one of two groups: Group A will perform AIRROSTI exercises for 45 minutes in one session daily, five days per week, while Group B will perform TheraBand exercises with the same duration and frequency. These exercise programs are designed to improve muscle activation and help correct muscle imbalances associated with Double-Crossed Syndrome. During the study, participants' activity levels will be assessed using the University of California at Los Angeles Activity Scale after six weeks. Researchers will monitor pain, disability, and functional improvements related to the syndrome. The study includes careful evaluation of participants over the treatment period to understand the impact of these exercise interventions on shoulder posture and associated symptoms.
