This research aims to evaluate how liquid vitamin C and glutathione supplements affect skin condition and antioxidant effects in healthy adults aged 18 to 65 years. It is a single-center, placebo-controlled, double-blinded, parallel trial designed to study improvements in skin beauty and reduction of oxidative stress. Participants will be assigned to consume either a liquid vitamin C and glutathione sachet or a placebo sachet daily for 12 consecutive weeks. The study includes baseline measurements and follow-ups at 4, 8, and 12 weeks, with participants taking one sachet each day. Both groups will follow the same consumption schedule to compare effects. Throughout the study, skin measurements and self-assessment questionnaires will be completed at baseline and after 4, 8, and 12 weeks. Fasting blood samples will be collected at the start and end of the 12-week period. Researchers will assess changes in skin tone, visible spots, and UV spots from baseline to 12 weeks to monitor skin improvements and antioxidant effects.
