This research aims to evaluate how individualized hybrid breastfeeding education given late in pregnancy affects emotional bonding with the baby before birth and breastfeeding behaviors among first-time mothers. The study focuses on primiparous women between 18 and 35 years old who are at least 36 weeks pregnant. This education seeks to improve maternal attachment and breastfeeding success, which are important for the mother-infant relationship and infant development. Participants are randomly assigned to either an intervention group receiving the hybrid breastfeeding education or a control group receiving routine hospital education. The intervention includes a face-to-face session at 36 weeks of pregnancy, a reinforcement and practice session at 38 weeks, personalized digital materials, short educational videos, and online consultation support. After birth, the intervention group receives online support during the first postpartum week and a follow-up session at six weeks postpartum. The control group will receive the same educational materials after the study concludes. Throughout the study, data will be collected using forms and scales to evaluate breastfeeding behaviors, self-efficacy, and antenatal attachment at 36-38 weeks of pregnancy. Written consent is required before enrollment, and participants will be monitored for attendance and engagement. The study measures the effect of the education on maternal attachment and breastfeeding practices to better support first-time mothers.
