Crohn's disease is a long-term inflammatory condition of the digestive system that causes symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fatigue. People with Crohn's often experience a lower quality of life due to ongoing symptoms, frequent treatments, and sometimes surgery or hospital stays. Researchers are studying whether a new form of exercise called whole-body vibration can improve health-related quality of life for adults with mild to moderate Crohn's disease. The study involves a supervised 6-week whole-body vibration exercise program. Participants will perform vibration exercises three times a week, each session lasting about 10 minutes, combined with a lifestyle education program. This exercise involves standing and squatting on a vibrating plate, which may offer benefits similar to longer or more intense exercise but in a shorter time. During the study, participants will visit the research center for assessments and exercise sessions. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life using the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire over the 6 weeks. The study will monitor symptoms like fatigue and overall wellbeing to understand how vibration exercise might affect Crohn's disease symptoms and quality of life.
