Participants are assigned to receive either volrustomig as sequential therapy following cCRT or to an observation group. The treatment period involves monitoring participants who have completed definitive cCRT but remain unresected and have no evidence of metastatic disease. The study focuses on participants with Stage III, IVA, or IVB LA-HNSCC according to AJCC criteria, who have not undergone tumor resection before cCRT and have not been treated with radiotherapy alone. During the study, participants are regularly evaluated for progression-free survival, with follow-up lasting up to approximately 8 years to assess long-term outcomes. Researchers will monitor safety and disease progression closely. Researchers are evaluating the effect of vipoglanstat on reducing non-menstrual pelvic pain related to endometriosis in women. This phase 2 trial focuses on women who have moderate to severe pain caused by endometriosis, aiming to see how well vipoglanstat works compared to a placebo. Participants in this trial will receive either vipoglanstat capsules or matching placebo capsules taken orally for approximately four menstrual cycles during the treatment period. Researchers are conducting a Phase 3 study to compare two front-line treatments for adults with nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is stage IV or advanced stage IIIB/C. The study focuses on patients whose tumors have a KRAS p.G12C mutation and are negative for PD-L1 expression. Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness and safety of combining inavolisib with a cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 inhibitor (CDK4/6i) and letrozole compared to placebo plus CDK4/6i and letrozole. This study focuses on participants with endocrine-sensitive PIK3CA-mutated hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) advanced breast cancer. It aims to assess treatment outcomes in the first-line setting for this specific breast cancer type. Participants will be assigned to receive either oral inavolisib once daily or a matching oral placebo once daily. All participants will also receive a CDK4/6 inhibitor on either Days 1-21 or Days 1-28 of each 28-day cycle, along with daily oral letrozole. This randomized, double-blind study will compare these two treatment combinations to monitor differences in disease progression and safety. This research focuses on men with prostate cancer who have previously participated in an enzalutamide clinical study sponsored by Astellas or Medivation. It aims to gather long-term safety information from participants who continue to benefit from enzalutamide treatment. This is a Phase 2 open-label extension study designed to monitor ongoing treatment effects after the initial study has completed its primary analysis or evaluation period. Participants will continue their previous treatment regimens, which may include enzalutamide taken orally once daily. Some may also receive abiraterone acetate with prednisone or leuprolide acetate depending on their prior study enrollment. Dose adjustments are allowed with medical monitor approval. The first visit of this study should occur within seven days of the last visit of the prior study unless treatment is temporarily paused. Participants are asked to return to their study site every 24 weeks for safety reviews, including adverse event monitoring and medication checks. At visits every 12 weeks, participants return unused study drugs and receive new supplies if needed. Safety data, including all adverse events and serious adverse events, are collected from consent until study completion, which may last up to 96 months. The study follows local standard care guidelines and includes a post-marketing phase in South Korea.

Researchers are comparing how long participants with KRAS/NRAS and BRAF wild-type recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic colorectal cancer remain disease-free and their overall survival time when treated with two different regimens. This phase 3 study focuses on patients who have previously received chemotherapy. The study aims to evaluate progression-free survival and overall survival in participants receiving amivantamab plus FOLFIRI versus cetuximab or bevacizumab plus FOLFIRI. The study involves two treatment groups: one receiving amivantamab combined with chemotherapy drugs 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium or levoleucovorin, and irinotecan (FOLFIRI), and the other receiving either cetuximab or bevacizumab with the same chemotherapy regimen. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of these treatment arms. The treatments will be administered according to protocol to assess their effects on the cancer. Researchers are evaluating the anti-tumor activity of amivantamab combined with pembrolizumab and carboplatin compared to pembrolizumab, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), and platinum therapy (carboplatin or cisplatin) in participants with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This trial focuses on participants who have not received prior systemic treatment in the recurrent/metastatic setting. HNSCC is a type of cancer affecting the outer tissue layer of the mouth and throat and other head and neck regions. Participants will receive either amivantamab added to pembrolizumab and carboplatin or the standard care regimen of pembrolizumab, 5-FU, and a platinum agent (carboplatin or cisplatin). 5-FU will be given as an infusion over a 4-day period. The study is a phase 3, randomized, open-label, multicenter trial comparing these treatment combinations. Researchers are evaluating how well elacestrant works compared to standard endocrine therapy in adults with node-positive, Estrogen Receptor-positive (ER+), Human Epidermal Growth Factor-2 negative (HER2-) early breast cancer who are at high risk of the cancer returning. This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, randomized, open-label study focusing on participants who have had early invasive breast cancer removed and meet specific receptor and risk criteria. The study aims to understand which treatment better prevents invasive breast cancer over up to five years. Participants will receive either elacestrant or one of several standard endocrine therapies, including anastrozole, letrozole, exemestane, or tamoxifen, all given as oral tablets. Treatments will be administered according to the study plan, with careful monitoring throughout the trial. The study includes adults who have already received between 24 and 60 months of prior endocrine therapy, with or without certain inhibitors, and who have completed or stopped these treatments as required. During the study, participants will be monitored for invasive breast cancer-free survival for up to five years.
