Researchers are evaluating a new medicine combination of DSP107 and atezolizumab compared to an existing treatment called fruquintinib for people with advanced microsatellite stable colorectal cancer. This Phase 2b study focuses on patients whose cancer has progressed despite standard therapies or who cannot tolerate those treatments. The goal is to see if the new combination offers better outcomes and safety than the current treatment options. Participants will be randomly divided into two groups. One group will receive DSP107 intravenously on Days 1, 8, and 15 of each 28-day cycle, along with atezolizumab given intravenously on Day 1 of each cycle. The other group will take oral fruquintinib once daily for 21 days in each 28-day cycle. Treatment may continue up to 24 cycles depending on how well participants tolerate it and their disease status. The study includes a screening period, treatment period, safety follow-up of up to 90 days after the last dose, and a long-term follow-up for up to 5 years. During the study, participants will undergo assessments to monitor cancer response, safety through adverse event tracking, heart function via ECGs, blood pressure, pulse rate, and quality of life. Researchers will also evaluate how the body processes the medications and immune response to DSP107 with atezolizumab. Total participation time varies based on individual treatment response and tolerability, with survival followed regularly for up to five years after randomization.

Researchers are observing the safety and performance of Terumo Aortic endovascular grafts used to treat patients with aortic aneurysms and other related conditions during routine clinical practice. This global, multi-center registry collects real-world data to better understand outcomes after these devices have been approved and are in use. The study is open label and includes multiple groups based on the type of aneurysm or device implanted. Participants receive one of several types of Terumo Aortic endovascular stent-grafts, including Thoracic Relay stent grafts, Abdominal Anaconda or Treo grafts, custom fenestrated devices, and Iliac artery-specific implants. These devices are CE marked or custom-made and are implanted following standard clinical procedures. The registry tracks patients treated with these devices in usual care settings without altering treatment. During the study, participants will attend follow-up visits where researchers collect safety data, patient-reported outcomes, and health economic information. Key outcomes measured include aortic-related mortality within 30 days post-implant, technical success on the day of surgery, and composite clinical success and additional endpoints at one year. The registry aims to monitor long-term performance and safety of these grafts in real-world use, with participation lasting as determined by follow-up schedules.
