Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • 18 years old or older
  • Able to perform sit-to-stand, jump, and one leg stand without pain or discomfort
  • Able to read, write, and speak sufficient English to complete the questionnaire
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previous foot or leg injury
  • Current foot condition
  • Feelings of ankle instability
  • Ankle injury within the past 12 months
  • Surgery on either lower extremity in the past
  • Torn ligaments or cartilage at the hip, knee, or ankle
  • Radicular symptoms down either lower extremity
  • Allergies to sock materials (80% nylon, 14% polyester, 6% elastane)
  • Currently pregnant
