Additional assessments include self-esteem via the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, psychosocial effects using the Psychosocial Impact of Dental Aesthetics Questionnaire (PIDAQ), and aesthetic satisfaction with a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Oral hygiene and dental health will be objectively evaluated by recording plaque, gingival, bleeding on probing, and DMFT indices. Participants will undergo evaluations before treatment and at intervals up to six months after receiving veneers, including self-esteem, psychosocial impact, hypersensitivity, oral hygiene, gingival health, bleeding, and caries status. This comprehensive monitoring aims to demonstrate the short-term aesthetic, functional, and psychosocial effects of veneer treatment. The total participation duration includes follow-ups at one, three, and six months to assess these outcomes and the safety of the treatment.

  • Systemically healthy
  • Aged between 11 and 14 years
  • Diagnosed with Amelogenesis Imperfecta
  • Need for anterior veneers
  • Both female and male volunteers
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of systemic diseases
  • History of allergies
  • Not diagnosed with Amelogenesis Imperfecta
  • No indication for veneers
  • Lack of adequate cooperation skills
  • Younger than 11 or older than 14 years old
