Pediatric feeding disorders PFDs affect children who have age-inappropriate oral intake lasting at least two weeks and are linked with medical, nutritional, psychosocial, or feeding skill problems. Feeding is a complex function involving various body systems and the caregiver-child relationship. These disorders impact about 25% of children, with 5% experiencing severe forms that can cause malnutrition, undernutrition, or sometimes overweight. This observational study at Amiens University Hospital follows children under 18 years old who have had at least two pediatric gastroenterology consultations for PFDs and inappropriate oral intake for at least two weeks, along with associated dysfunctions. The study monitors the natural evolution of pediatric feeding disorders over time without testing specific treatments. Participants will be observed over periods up to 10 years to assess the frequency of PFD disappearance at intervals from 6 months to 10 years. Researchers will collect clinical data during consultations to understand the progression of feeding disorders. The study helps track changes in feeding status and nutritional health in children affected by these conditions.
