Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 65 or older
  • Receiving VA primary care
  • Living independently in the community
  • Diagnosed with Motoric Cognitive Risk Syndrome characterized by slow gait speed and cognitive concerns
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Non-English speaking
  • Presence of a terminal disease
  • Major medical problem
  • Myocardial infarction or major surgery in the previous 3 months
  • 3-point walking pattern
  • Diagnosis of dementia
  • Mobility disability
