A Phase 3 Study to Evaluate Petosemtamab Compared With Investigator's Choice Monotherapy in Previously Treated Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed informed consent before starting any study procedures
- Age 18 years or older at the time of consent
- Histologically confirmed head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with metastatic or locally advanced disease not suitable for curative therapy
- Disease progression after anti-PD-1 therapy and platinum-containing therapy
- Primary tumor located in oropharynx, oral cavity, hypopharynx, or larynx
- Documentation of p16 status by local lab for oropharyngeal cancer patients
- Availability of a new tumor sample or existing suitable tumor tissue sample
- Measurable disease by RECIST v1.1 via radiology
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1
- Life expectancy of at least 12 weeks as judged by investigator
- Adequate organ function as defined by the study protocol
You will not qualify if you...
- Untreated or symptomatic central nervous system metastases needing recent treatment
- Known leptomeningeal disease
- Systemic anticancer therapy within 4 weeks before first study treatment dose
- Major surgery or radiotherapy within 3 weeks before first study treatment dose
- Ongoing Grade >1 toxicities from prior cancer therapies
- History of allergic reaction to any treatment components
- Unstable angina, recent serious heart failure, or serious heart rhythm disorders
- Recent heart attack within 6 months
- Prior malignancies except certain treated skin and cervical conditions
- Current resting shortness of breath or need for continuous oxygen
- Serious uncontrolled illness or infections
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Primary tumor located in the nasopharynx
