Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adults aged 18 years or older
  • Both sexes are eligible
  • Confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection by stool antigen (3rd-gen ELISA) or urea breath test
  • No previous treatment for Helicobacter pylori eradication
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previous Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment
  • Use of antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, or bismuth within 4 weeks before the study
  • History of gastric surgery
  • Presence of major organ failure
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Known allergies to any study medications
