Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female aged 218 years or older
- Diagnosis of a single unifocal and unilateral lesion of invasive carcinoma or carcinoma in situ
- Planned first breast-conserving surgery with preoperative lesion localization, regardless of lymph node procedure
- Affiliated with a health insurance system
- No opposition to participation in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Psychological, family, or social conditions that may affect adherence to treatment and follow-up
- Requirement for bilateral breast surgery
- Diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer
- Presence of multifocal or benign breast lesions
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Need for neoadjuvant treatment before surgery
- Under legal guardianship, curatorship, or deprived of liberty
