Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Both sexes
- 65 years and older
- Hospital stay less than 48 hours
You will not qualify if you...
- Cancer in the last 5 years
- Delirium
- Cognitive deficit that prevents reading and signing informed consent
- Neurological disease
- Neurodegenerative muscular disease
- Inability to receive the intervention
