Observational Radiology Registry for Pancreatic Cancer and Pancreatic Diseases Collecting Clinical and Imaging Data to Assess Patient Outcomes

This research aims to collect radiological and clinical data to better understand the malignancy and prognosis of pancreatic diseases, including pancreatic cancer and other pancreatic neoplasms. It involves both retrospective data from 2014 and prospective data collection until 2027, with follow-up lasting up to 3 years per patient. The study is observational and non-randomized, reflecting ordinary therapeutic strategies decided by multidisciplinary teams for each patient. Participants undergo various diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures as part of their usual care. These procedures are not assigned by the study but are recorded along with clinical outcomes such as progression-free survival, local progression-free survival, and overall survival to assess the impact on pancreatic neoplasms. The study will continue to collect data and monitor patients over time to evaluate these outcomes. During the study, participant data including radiology scans and clinical progress are collected and analyzed. Researchers will review survival outcomes and treatment responses over a maximum period of three years. The study involves no experimental treatment but focuses on gathering comprehensive clinical and radiological information to improve understanding of pancreatic disease progression and treatment effects.
