Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Individuals with at least two relatives with pancreatic cancer, including at least one first-degree relative and up to third-degree relatives
- Subjects with known BRCA2, BRCA1, p16, or PALB2 genetic mutations and at least one first- or second-degree relative with pancreatic cancer
- Subjects diagnosed with FAMMM Syndrome
- Subjects diagnosed with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome
- Subjects with PRSS-1-, CFTR-, or SPINK-1-related pancreatitis
- Subjects diagnosed with Lynch syndrome and at least one first- or second-degree relative with pancreatic cancer
- For radiologic follow-up: age 45 years or 10 years younger than youngest family pancreatic cancer case for familial cases
- For radiologic follow-up: age 40 years or 5 years younger than youngest pancreatic cancer case for hereditary/genetic pancreatitis, Lynch syndrome, or BRCA1/2, PALB2, p16 mutation carriers with family history
- For radiologic follow-up: age 30 years for subjects with FAMMM or Peutz-Jeghers syndrome
