What this Trial Is About
Researchers are studying a new drug called REGN15505 alone or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN4336 to treat adults with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer mCRPC and clear cell renal cell carcinoma ccRCC. The goal is to find new ways to help the immune system target and destroy cancer cells. This study is in the early and middle phases Phase 1 and Phase 2 and evaluates safety and effectiveness of the treatments. Participants receive one of three study treatments REGN15505 alone, REGN15505 with cemiplimab, or REGN15505 with REGN4336. All drugs are given according to the study plan. The study aims to find the best doses and understand possible side effects and how the body reacts to these treatments. During the study, participants will be closely monitored for side effects, and their response to treatment will be measured by prostate specific antigen PSA levels and imaging scans. Blood samples will be taken to check drug levels and antibodies that may affect treatment. Safety and effectiveness will be tracked for up to 5 years after treatment begins, with regular assessments throughout the study.
