Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Be an active smartphone user
  • Read and provide consent via the Informed Consent Form
  • Not have pacemaker implantation, metallic prostheses, or be pregnant
  • Have no diagnosed metabolic disorders like Cushing's syndrome, diabetes, or thyroid disorders
  • Have no acute or chronic psychiatric conditions affecting eating behavior
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Have a current diagnosis of an eating disorder such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder
  • Have a psychiatric diagnosis of severe depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder, or anxiety disorder requiring treatment
  • Regularly use psychiatric medications such as SSRIs, SNRIs, antipsychotics, or mood stabilizers
  • Have used corticosteroids or hormone-regulating medications in the past 3 months
  • Be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Not have completed the questionnaires or measurement procedures
