Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be an active smartphone user
- Read and provide consent via the Informed Consent Form
- Not have pacemaker implantation, metallic prostheses, or be pregnant
- Have no diagnosed metabolic disorders like Cushing's syndrome, diabetes, or thyroid disorders
- Have no acute or chronic psychiatric conditions affecting eating behavior
You will not qualify if you...
- Have a current diagnosis of an eating disorder such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder
- Have a psychiatric diagnosis of severe depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder, or anxiety disorder requiring treatment
- Regularly use psychiatric medications such as SSRIs, SNRIs, antipsychotics, or mood stabilizers
- Have used corticosteroids or hormone-regulating medications in the past 3 months
- Be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not have completed the questionnaires or measurement procedures
