Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients diagnosed with any type of cardiorenal syndrome according to KDIGO and ADQI expert consensus standards
- Classification into one of five subtypes: Acute CRS (type 1), Chronic CRS (type 2), Acute reno-cardiac syndrome (type 3), Chronic reno-cardiac syndrome (type 4), or Secondary CRS (type 5)
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Female patients planning to become pregnant soon
- Patients unable to follow up on medications
