What this Trial Is About
Researchers are collecting data and biological samples from adults diagnosed with aggressive Stage I to IV non-Hodgkin Lymphoma NHL in this prospective, multi-center study. The study aims to evaluate the clinical performance of Nateras molecular residual disease MRD assays in detecting circulating tumor DNA ctDNA to identify minimal residual disease, monitor recurrence, and assess treatment response after standard-of-care therapy. This research focuses on various aggressive NHL subtypes including large B-cell and T-cell lymphomas. Participants will provide blood samples at specific times defined by the study protocol, and residual tissue samples collected during standard care procedures will also be used for research. The study does not provide individual test results to participants or their doctors. Blood sample collection will occur during the first two years, followed by one year of data-only follow-up, totaling a three-year observation period. During participation, individuals will undergo study-specific blood collections and have their tissue samples analyzed to develop and validate cancer monitoring and detection tests. Researchers will measure outcomes based on collected blood and tissue specimens over three years. Participants health status and treatment responses will be monitored, but no study treatment is administered. The study is sponsored by Natera, Inc. and aims to improve blood-based cancer monitoring tools.
