The IBD group will be followed for three years, while the DGBI group will have initial sample and data collection plus a medical record review at 24 months. During the study, participants will attend clinical visits where samples and data are collected following standard care procedures. Researchers will monitor disease classifications using established criteria and assess the participant's health status over time. The study includes collection of samples for a bio-repository over three years, and evaluations such as the Physician's Global Assessment. Participation duration varies by cohort, with close monitoring to support research in pediatric IBD and related disorders.

Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Suspected diagnosis of Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, or Indeterminate Colitis
- Age between 6 and 21 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of serious medical conditions such as neurological, liver, kidney, or systemic diseases
- Pregnancy
- Tobacco, alcohol, or illicit drug abuse
