This observational study focuses on adults aged 60 and older with relapsed refractory lymphoid malignancies or plasma cell disorders. Participants include older patients undergoing CAR T therapy for various blood cancers, such as high-grade B-cell lymphoma, other lymphoid malignancies, and plasma cell disorders. The study involves detailed assessments including geriatric evaluations, neurocognitive testing, and quality of life questionnaires before and after treatment. The follow-up period for participants is one year. During the study, participants will complete various tests such as activities of daily living, cognitive assessments, depression screening, social support questionnaires, and blood draws. The main outcome measured is the number of participants who complete all required assessment visits within one year before disease progression or death. This study helps researchers monitor the patient experience and treatment impact over time.
