Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 75 years old
- Meet the 2019 ACR/EULAR IgG4-RD diagnostic criteria
- Disease stable for more than 1 year with clinical complete remission
- Glucocorticoid dose 9prednisone 7.5 mg/day for 6 months or more, or immunosuppressive therapy within specified dose limits
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of other connective tissue diseases
- Diagnosis of cancer
- Women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy
- Active infections including HIV, HCV, HBV, or tuberculosis
- Severe irreversible organ damage
- Active disease stage with IgG4-RD reaction index score of 2 in any affected organ
- Disease stability less than 1 year
- Relapse within 1 year after previous hormone reduction or withdrawal
- Use of two or more immunosuppressive agents concurrently
