Observing Guselkumab Treatment Continuation in Adults with Moderate-to-Severe Plaque Psoriasis in Romania

What this Trial Is About

Researchers are evaluating how many people with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis stay on treatment with guselkumab over a two-year period. This observational study focuses on patients in Romania who have never received biological treatments before and are prescribed guselkumab as part of routine care. Participants with confirmed moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who have not been treated with biologics will be observed while receiving guselkumab. The study collects data from their medical records during regular clinical practice without altering treatment. The main study period lasts up to two years, focusing on treatment continuation. During the study, participants medical records will be reviewed to track treatment duration and disease status. Researchers will measure how long patients remain on guselkumab and assess psoriasis severity and quality of life at various times up to two years. Safety information, such as adverse events, will also be collected, all while participants follow their normal treatment plans.
