- Participants aged from birth to 99 years
- Diagnosed or undiagnosed neuropsychiatric disorder, neurodevelopmental disability, or abnormal behaviors
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent for self or minor child, or have a legal guardian or designated decision-maker
- Under the care of a primary physician

- Unwilling or unable to be evaluated and followed as clinically indicated
- Lack of a primary healthcare provider
