Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (ER/PR <10% and HER2 negative) per ASCO/CAP guidelines
- Stages I through IV of Triple Negative Breast Cancer
- Any age at diagnosis
- Diagnosis within the past 5 years
- Eligible regardless of genetic testing status
- Genetic testing recommended if meeting NCCN and Medicare guidelines
- Carry deleterious or uncertain germline mutations in hereditary breast and ovarian cancer genes (BRCA, PTEN, P53, PALB2, etc) regardless of cancer type or site
- Healthy carriers of these mutations are eligible
- No time limit from cancer diagnosis to enrollment
- Eligible regardless of personal cancer history
You will not qualify if you...
- Triple Negative Breast Cancer diagnosis more than 5 years ago
- Carry only a hereditary breast and ovarian cancer mutation classified as a "polymorphism" or "favor polymorphism"
