Participants provide informed consent and complete an online form with basic demographic and medical information. The collected tissue is then made available for various research projects, reducing the need for multiple consents and streamlining tissue acquisition. Participants contribute by consenting to donate tissue from their scheduled procedures and submitting information through an online case report form. Researchers monitor the receipt of donated tissue and track data including demographics, diagnosis, surgical details, and medical history. The study's main measurement is the collection of donated human tissue over a 50-year period, with ongoing data gathering to support long-term biomedical research.
