This project will be launched after the first introduction of Virtue® Male Sling in Europe. This study is a multicenter prospective, non-interventional (i.e. naturalistic) post-marketing clinical follow up of men with urinary incontinence implanted with Virtue® Male Sling System by urologists who are experienced in the device. The patient will be followed for 12 months in routine real world clinical practice except for administration of subject questionnaire(s). Routine visits will be performed approximately at baseline (preoperative and implantation period), between 1 and 3 months (immediate post-operative period) and 12 months. Then questionnaires will be mailed annually during 2 additional years.

This is a Phase III, international, multicentre, randomised, double-blinded placebo controlled trial, evaluating the efficacy and safety of ADT +/- darolutamide in castration-naïve de novo metastatic prostate cancer patients with vulnerable functional ability who have not elected for docetaxel or other androgen receptor pathway inhibitors. The study plans to enroll 300 patients who will be randomized (1:1) to receive either: (i) Experimental arm: ADT + darolutamide 600 mg po bid, or (ii) Control arm: ADT + placebo po bid. Response to treatment will be assessed according to the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Working Group 3 (PCWG3) criteria (Scher, 2016). Treatment will be continued until radiographic disease progression. Treatment may also be terminated at the initiative of either the patient or the investigator for any reason that would be beneficial to the patient, including: unacceptable toxicity, intercurrent conditions that preclude continuation of treatment, or patient request. Following treatment discontinuation patients will enter the follow-up period and will be monitored for up to 10 years with regards to survival status, subsequent antineoplastic treatments and the status of ongoing adverse events (AEs) and/or new investigational product related AEs.

Radiation-induced fibrosis is an equivalent of an "orphan disease", in which oncologists have only recently shown interest, despite its prevalence. No study on the medical service provided by crenotherapy has been published in late radiation-induced fibrosis, which shares a common pathophysiology and medico-psycho-social sequelae with the sequelae of burns. Chronic progressive dermatoses are part of the 12 main therapeutic orientations of medical thermalism. In particular, burn scars are a very current indication. Crenotherapy allows the attenuation, or even the disappearance of: pruritus and dysesthesia, local inflammation, hypertrophy and sclerosis and favours the recovery of chronic superficial erosions. Fibrous scars, even old ones, respond favourably to thermal treatments. The thermal treatment combines baths which have a sedative, muscle-relaxing effect and which favour joint mobilisation, sprays which have a decongestant effect and above all thread-like showers which are carried out by jets of thermal water under high pressure for several minutes. The primary endpoint is the self-assessment by the patient of the dermatological quality of life by the DLQI score at 6 months after the end of the treatment compared between the intervention group (immediate treatment) and the control group (delayed treatment after 6 months).

Squamous cell carcinoma of the anus is still a rare disease but its incidence increases mostly due to its association with human papillomavirus (HPV). When localized, the standard treatment combines radiotherapy and chemotherapy with 5FU and mitomycin-C. Chemoradiotherapy (CRT) achieves a good outcome for early stage tumors (T1-T2 tumors without nodal involvement), but more advanced tumors (T3-T4 or N1) are associated with a dismal prognosis. About 35 % of such patients relapse within two years after the end of treatment Recently, for metastatic or recurrent tumors after chemoradiotherapy, a chemotherapy combining docetaxel, cisplatin and 5FU (modified DCF protocol) has given very good results with a median overall survival of 39.2 months in 2 French trials (Epitopes HPV01 and 02). Our idea is to propose a new strategy , associating this chemotherapy (mDCF) followed by chemoradiotherapy to improve efficacy of the treatment for patients with locally advanced anal cancers. To this end, The principal investigator propose a national, multicenter, randomized phase 3 clinical trial to compare induction chemotherapy with mDCF followed by chemoradiotherapy versus standard chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced anal canal cancer. the efficacy of the treatment will be evaluated by comparing disease-related event-free survival at 2 years according to the type of treatment. Other endpoints will also be evaluated such as overall survival and colostomy-free survival, treatment tolerability, response rate and quality of life. This trial will be offered to patients over 18 years of age with locally advanced anal cancer without metastasis (T3-4 or N1). It is open to patients over 75 years of age subject to a favorable evaluation by an oncogeriatrician. It is also open to immunocompromised patients (HIV+) if their immunity is well controlled under antiretroviral treatment.The standard chemoradiotherapy treatment consists of 33 sessions of radiation, one session per day from Monday to Friday for 6.5 weeks. It is combined with chemotherapy that includes mitomycin during the first and fifth weeks of radiation therapy, as well as capecitabine that are taken on the days of radiation therapy.In the experimental arm, this chemoradiotherapy treatment is preceded by 4 sessions of mDCF chemotherapy performed every 2 weeks.After treatment, patients are followed up at 8 weeks, then every 4 months for 2 years, and every 6 months for the last year with clinical examination and imaging (CT and MRI).

Colorectal cancer occurs mainly in elderly patients. Recent estimation showed that in France more than 50% of the patients diagnosed with a colorectal cancer are 70 years old or more. Adjuvant chemotherapy has demonstrated a benefit on disease-free survival and overall survival after a stage III colon cancer resection. Nevertheless adjuvant chemotherapy is poorly used in elderly patients. Prognostic improvement with chemotherapy based on 5FU is suggested by a post-hoc analysis of randomized prospective clinical trial. But elderly patients in this study were highly selected and patients older than 80 represented only 0.7% of the total population. Thus, there is still a concern about the benefit of adjuvant 5FU-based chemotherapy in very elderly unselected patients. The recommended treatment for stage III adjuvant chemotherapy is a combination of fuoropyrimidine and oxaliplatin. Nevertheless oxaliplatin did not demonstrated survival advantage in elderly patients. Altogether there are still two matters of debate: * First, is there a benefit of fluoropyrimidine-based adjuvant chemotherapy for unfit elderly patients? * Second, is there a benefit of oxaliplatin-based adjuvant chemotherapy for fit elderly patients? The aim of this randomized phase III study is to evaluate the benefit for disease-free survival of adjuvant chemotherapy in elderly patient and which chemotherapy. The elderly patient population will be dichotomized into two groups according to physician's choice after a multidisciplinary evaluation involving a geriatrician, with two different randomization assignments. The patients with an expected life-expectancy below 4 years according Lee score are excluded of this study. Some biological tumour abnormalities are more frequently observed in elderly (i.e. mismatch repair deficiency), therefore an evaluation of specific biological prognostic factors is needed in elderly population.

This is a stepped wedge of cross-over type. Patients included at each "step" are different individuals. The first "step" is a reference measurement where none of the clusters will implement the intervention. The investigating sites will be randomly drawn to determine the order in which they will implement the intervention, by "steps" of two months. A total of 10 patients by step are to be included in each center; these 10 patients must be regularly included along the 2-month period of each step. If 10 patients are already included before the end of the 2 months' step period, the center has to stop the inclusions till the beginning of the subsequent step. If a center, near to the end of a step, is far from reaching of the 10 patients' inclusion, it must increase the speed of its inclusions to be as close as possible of 10 patients included at the end of the step. In each center, patient sample has to be representative of type of cancer managed in the center, along the trial duration. The repartition of cancer types must be homogeneous along the steps and during the trial duration. All participating investigating sites will have study collaborators in charge of organizing intervention implementation and data collection. The intervention will be prepared prior to the start of the trial, so that each investigating site can implement it as defined by the randomisation. Each center engaged to participate needs to participate till the end of the trial. A center commitment to participate will be requested before each center involvement to avoid center withdrawal after the start of the trial. Quantitative data regarding the myPatientSpace adapted for GERONTE app usage will be collected at each step and in each cluster by study collaborators, from the beginning of GERONTE system implementation. Care outcome data (Quality of life, anxiety, autonomy, additional hospitalisation, mortality...) will be collected by local referents at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after inclusion in GERONTE. The data necessary to calculate the real cost of the intervention, of its implementation and of resource use data of patient management will be continuously collected during follow-up. GERONTE patient-centered system implementation and usage will be collected by the local referents in each center. Qualitative analysis will be performed in each center at GERONTE system implementation and during follow-up.

PEACE 8 is a phase III open-label, randomised (patients are randomly assigned to treatment), international, multicentre trial, evaluating the benefit of adding SBRT to darolutamide for treating patients with oligometastatic CRPC. Eligible patients will be randomised into either an experimental group receiving darolutamide + SBRT or a control group receiving darolutamide. In both arms, all patients will receive continuous castration (ADT) during the trial course. Patients' participation in the trial will not exceed 60 months after randomisation, including a maximum treatment duration of 60 months and follow-up up to 60 months after randomisation. After signing the consent form, patients will enter the pre-inclusion period (before the start of treatment), during which the investigator will carried out all the tests required to assess their eligibility, including demographic data collection, tumour evaluation, and clinical and biological assessments. Patients will receive doralutamide until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity for a maximum of 5 years after the start of treatment. To receive treatment, the patient will need to go to hospital, where, at each visit, the medical team will conduct medical examinations before administering the treatment to assess the patient's general state of health and tolerance to the treatment.

SALVOVAR is a pragmatic open-label multicenter randomized phase III trial (ratio 1:1) comparing the efficacy of the salvage weekly dose-dense regimen with those of the continuation of the same standard regimen as given during neo-adjuvant period. The randomization will be stratified on the main clinical prognostic factors assumed to impact the efficacy of the assessed arms and the overall survival: 1. Bevacizumab: planned administration: Yes, vs No 2. BRCA mutation: planned administration: Yes, vs No/Unknown 3. KELIMTM strate within unfavorable KELIM subgroup: very unfavorable \< 0.7, vs moderately unfavorable \[0.7-1.0\[ The trial will be pragmatic, as it aims at confirming the superiority of the adjusted chemotherapy compared to the continuation of the standard chemotherapy in routine clinical practice, in a population of ovarian cancer patients close to the real-life clinical activity with few selection criteria.
