RECRUITING

Phase 2 multi-center open-label IDE196 study in patients with primary uveal melanoma (UM) requiring either enucleation or plaque brachytherapy. Patients will be treated in neoadjuvant setting up to 12 months (or maximum benefit) followed by primary local therapy. An additional 6 months of adjuvant treatment may be given to some patients. All patients will have long term follow-up (up to 3 years) to assess visual outcome, disease recurrence, and development of metastatic disease.

RECRUITING

The main purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of volrustomig compared to observation in participants with unresected locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) who have not progressed after receiving definitive concurrent chemoradiotherapy (cCRT).

RECRUITING

This is a three-part open-label, Phase 1/2 clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, PK, and efficacy of CRB-701 in participants with advanced solid tumors expressing nectin-4. Part A will include solid tumor types known to express nectin-4. Dose escalation will be guided by the Bayesian optimal interval (BOIN) design to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of CRB-701. Four (4) dose groups are pre-determined. Dose escalation/de-escalation decisions are made based on the occurrence of DLT. Part B will evaluate two dose levels of CRB-701 alone and in combination with anti-PD-1 by using a time-to-event Bayesian optimal Phase 2 study design to optimize the dose of CRB-701 in one or more separate cohorts of participants with nectin-4-positive tumors. During Part C, the recommended dose level of CRB-701 for further exploration defined in Part B will explore CRB-701 alone or combined with anti-PD-1 in up to seven separate cohorts of participants with advanced tumors known to express Nectin-4.

RECRUITING

The purpose of this phase 3, randomized, placebo controlled, event-driven study is to assess the effect of AZD0780, an oral PCSK9 inhibitor, compared with placebo in reducing the risk of MACE-PLUS in patients with established ASCVD or at high risk for a first ASCVD event. The effect of AZD0780 vs placebo on the risk of MACE-PLUS will be evaluated from randomisation until the primary analysis censoring date (PACD). The Study Closure Visit will be scheduled to occur after the PACD and will be the final visit for each participant in the study.

RECRUITING

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of BMS-986504, a selective, MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor, in combination with Nab-paclitaxel/Gemcitabine (nab-p/gem) versus placebo in combination with nab-p/gem, in participants with untreated metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) with homozygous methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) deletion.

RECRUITING

The goal of this Phase 3 clinical trial is to compare the efficacy of niraparib versus temozolomide (TMZ) in adult participants with newly-diagnosed, MGMT unmethylated glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). The main question it aims to answer is: Does niraparib improve overall survival (OS) compared to TMZ? Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment arms: niraparib or TMZ. * study drug (Niraparib) or * comparator drug (Temozolomide - which is the standard approved treatment for MGMT unmethylated glioblastoma). The study medication will be taken daily while receiving standard of care radiation therapy (RT) for 6-7 weeks. Participants may continue to take the niraparib or TMZ adjuvantly as long as the cancer does not get worse or completion of 6 cycles of treatment (TMZ). A total of 450 participants will be enrolled in the study. Participants' tasks will include: * Complete study visits as scheduled * Complete a diary to record study medication

RECRUITING

The purpose of this study is to compare anti-tumor activity of amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab and carboplatin versus pembrolizumab, 5-fluorouracil (FU), and platinum therapy (carboplatin or cisplatin) in participants with refractory/metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). HNSCC is a type of cancer that develops in the head and neck regions, including the outer tissue layer of the mouth and throat. This study will focus on participants with HNSCC who are treatment-naive (have not received prior treatment) in the R/M setting.

RECRUITING

This is a Phase II, platform, open-label, multi-drug, multicenter, global study. This is a modular study, that includes a master protocol and substudies. Partcipants will be randomised to one of the following intervention groups: * Volrustomig + FOLFIRI + bevacizumab group (Arm A) * FOLFIRI + bevacizumab group (Arm B) The substudy will evaluate the effects of volrustomig in combination with FOLFIRI (irinotecan, 5-FU, and leucovorin) and bevacizumab versus FOLFIRI and bevacizumab only in participants with Mismatch-repair-proficient (pMMR)/Microsatellite stable (MSS) metastatic CRC (mCRC) in the absence of liver metastases and who have not received previous systemic treatment for advanced or metastatic disease.
