Researchers are conducting an observational cohort study to collect and analyze clinical data from patients who have undergone or are proposed to undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The study aims to understand the natural course of the disease and evaluate current treatment practices by gathering real-world data that can inform clinical care and public health decisions. Participants include patients treated at a specialized Stem Cell Transplant Center and Post-Transplant Medical Consortium. The study does not intervene in treatment decisions or require additional clinical procedures beyond routine care. Patients may also be involved in other clinical trials simultaneously, with their participation continuing unless withdrawal is deemed necessary. During the study, patients will provide clinical diagnostic and treatment data, complete questionnaires about demographics and disease history, and be followed up over an average of five years. Researchers will assess outcomes such as overall survival and various remission and disease progression statuses, all based on routine medical practice and monitoring. This long-term follow-up seeks to provide comprehensive insights into treatment patterns and patient experiences.
